Ingredients:
1 large banana, peeled and frozen 2-4 ice cubes 200 ml of almond milk 2 scoops Performance Lab ® Protein 1 tbsp peanut butter Toppings: Extra banana slices or berries 1 tsp cacao nibs 1 tsp desiccated coconutMethod:
1. Place the banana, ice, almond milk, peanut butter and protein in a blender and blend until smooth. To make it thicker, add more ice. To make it thinner, add more almond milk. It should be a very thick smoothie, almost ice cream consistency. This will prevent the toppings from sinking.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
